CEO & CO-FOUNDER
David started FSB in 2008 alongside Sam Lawrence, having previously been COO and co-founder of AIM-listed GameAccount Network. His success in building GAN’s operations from the ground up provided him with unparalleled insight into running B2B services within the gaming industry. He has an MBA from London Business School and an engineering degree from Kettering University in Michigan.
CTO & CO-FOUNDER
Sam was the first employee and chief technical architect at GameAccount Network prior to co-founding FSB. He designed each aspect of the gaming platform, including hiring and managing a 30-person technology team. He also founded Wapscallion, one of the UK’s leading mobile WAP games companies. Sam holds a degree in Mathematics and Music from the University of Leeds.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Before joining FSB, Richard Thorp was Head of B2B Operations at Racing Post, Head of Marketing at Better Bet, and Sportsbook Manager at Blue Square. He began his career as a shop manager at Ladbrokes and Admiral World of Betting. His numerous B2B and B2C roles have given him unique insight into the wants and needs of sports bettors.
As Operations Director, Garry oversees a number of functions, such as product delivery, compliance, customer support, payments, supplier contracts, and reporting. He joined FSB after a decade as commercial director of mobile technology company Safari Mobile (UK). He has a wealth of global experience, including stints at major management and operational consultancies in the US, Australia, and Japan.
Mark oversees the trading team at FSB, as well as the management of customer profiling and risk management policies. He brings 15 years of experience in sports betting and horseracing trading to the team. Having learned the ropes at spread betting company Sporting Index, he moved to Blue Square to run their horseracing desk before seeking a fresh challenge at FSB.
